Our Lease Advisory team has an excellent over 30 years of experience in acting on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants on both Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals.
The fact that we are directly involved in the day to day "coalface" of all aspects of agency work which equips us with the in-depth market knowledge and experience that forms the evidence base upon which our landlord and tenant instructions are based.
Our extensive database is updated monthly incorporating comparable evidence and full availability schedules all to inform the rental valuation, strategy and form the evidence base for negotiations.
We understand our clients' "drivers" and strategic requirements. We have been acting for many of our clients for a number of years. For both new and existing clients alike, we quickly understand their needs and develop individual strategies to ensure best possible outcomes. These strategies are continually updated to reflect changing market conditions enabling us to adopt the best practice market proven advice.
Our current instructions range between 2,500sq ft and 250,000 sq ft.
