We have significant experience of working through all stages of the development process for both Land Owners and Developers. This extends from site identification and land assembly to the delivery of the schemes in the coalface of the market.
We have an excellent track record of negotiate options/promotion agreements and conditional contracts on behalf of land owner clients and developers and also assist with working up development appraisals with developers for their proposed acquisition of sites.
In recent years we have been involved with sites totalling approx. 450 acres that has created in excess of 7.5 million sq ft of commercial space.
